Hi, I’m Bridgette. I’m so happy you’re here.
My mission is to bring balance and wellness into the lives of others. I am a mom to three littles and live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Seattle, Washington.
At 12, I embarked on a vegetarian lifestyle, primarily motivated to differentiate myself. However, I had no idea how to balance a vegetarian diet or know precisely what my body needed to grow, function, and learn. I consumed a high amount of highly processed foods which ultimately led me to feel lethargic and depressed.
Once I entered high school, I received diagnoses of depression and anxiety. I became curious about the connection between nutrition and emotional well-being and decided to experiment by cooking with whole foods.
Driven by my passion for nutrition, I pursued an education in the field at Bastyr University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition since then, I have further augmented my expertise by completing a Master of Science in Nutrition/Didactic Program in Dietetics, 200-hour yoga teacher training program, and earning certification as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
As a Master of Science in Nutrition graduate and Certified Nutritionist, I aim to provide comprehensive and evidence-based nutrition and wellness coaching. My role is to guide you toward a life that brings you joy and vitality and fosters a reconnection with your body's innate wisdom.
