About

Hi, I’m Bridgette. A Registered Dietitian with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the Science of Nutrition from Bastyr University. Studying at Bastyr gave me a strong foundation in how food impacts the body, and I’ve carried that knowledge into every part of my career, from clinical nutrition to working with athletes at the highest level.
Right now, I’m proud to be working with the Seattle Seahawks as a Sports Performance Dietitian intern, helping fuel elite athletes for peak performance, recovery, and long-term health. Practicing nutrition science directly translates into energy, strength, and results on the field and in life. It’s powerful, and it’s what I love to continue to learn and teach to my community.
Beyond the Seahawks, I’m growing my personal coaching business and creating digital products that have already helped countless people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. My work is about making nutrition approachable but powerful. I love blending science, strategy, and simple recipes that fit into real life.
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family, where you’ll usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, lifting at the gym, or learning how to surf. My philosophy is simple: nutrition isn’t just about hitting numbers or following rules, it’s about building a body and a life you feel powerful in. I believe food should fuel performance and also support the moments that matter most, strength in the gym, confidence in your skin, and energy for the people and passions you love.
