A Valentine’s Day Treat I’ll Never Skip 💕
I know Valentine’s Day isn’t everyone’s thing.
Some people call it a Hallmark holiday and that’s fine.
But that has never been me.
I’m a sucker for Valentine’s Day. I love love. I love pink and hearts and romanticizing life. And honestly… why wouldn’t you dedicate an entire day to celebrating sweetness and connection?
There is one treat I look forward to every Valentine’s Day, but this year, we’re taking it up a notch. Because these aren’t just chocolate-covered strawberries. They’re high-protein cheesecake chocolate-covered strawberries, and somehow they taste even better than the OG.
Why You’ll Love These Cheesecake Strawberries
- Creamy cheesecake-style filling
- Dipped in rich dark chocolate
- No baking required
- High in protein
They feel luxurious but they’re built to actually support your body, especially if you’re training, lifting, or working on building muscle.
The Secret Ingredient: Cottage Cheese
Once blended, cottage cheese turns into a smooth, creamy base that tastes surprisingly similar to cheesecake! Paired with maple syrup, it creates a lightly sweet filling that complements the strawberries and chocolate perfectly without needing cream cheese or sugar.
