- 1 whole pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 whole lemon, quatered
- 5 whole carrots, washed
- 4 inches ginger root
- 3 ounces turmeric root
- 1 pinch black pepper
Add pineapple, lemon, carrots, ginger, and turmeric to a juicer.
Juice until smooth and fully extracted.
Stir a pinch of black pepper into the finished juice to enhance curcumin absorption.
Pour into small shot glasses and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
