Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Glow Shots

These anti-inflammatory turmeric glow shots are packed with curcumin, ginger, and vitamin C to support energy, immunity, digestion, and overall glow. A simple, dietitian-approved wellness recipe.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 whole pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 whole lemon, quatered
  • 5 whole carrots, washed
  • 4 inches ginger root
  • 3 ounces turmeric root
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple, lemon, carrots, ginger, and turmeric to a juicer.
  • Juice until smooth and fully extracted.
  • Stir a pinch of black pepper into the finished juice to enhance curcumin absorption.
  • Pour into small shot glasses and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

  • Black pepper significantly increases curcumin absorption (don’t skip it!)
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Use gloves when handling fresh turmeric to avoid staining.
