Brownie Batter Bliss

This Brownie Batter Bliss is a rich, mousse-like, high-protein dessert made with silken tofu, chocolate protein powder, and melted chocolate. It tastes like classic brownie batter, comes together in minutes, and delivers a satisfying, indulgent texture without the crash.

Ingredients
 

  • 16 oz silken tofu
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Instructions
 

  • Add silken tofu, maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
  • Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, stirring consistently until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate into the food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and mousse-like, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Spoon into bowls and top as desired. Serve immediately or chill slightly for a firmer texture.
