This Brownie Batter Bliss is a rich, mousse-like, high-protein dessert made with silken tofu, chocolate protein powder, and melted chocolate. It tastes like classic brownie batter, comes together in minutes, and delivers a satisfying, indulgent texture without the crash.
16 oz silken tofu 1 tsp maple syrup 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1 pinch salt ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Add silken tofu, maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, stirring consistently until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate into the food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and mousse-like, about 1–2 minutes .
Spoon into bowls and top as desired. Serve immediately or chill slightly for a firmer texture.
