Frozen Cherry Yogurt Cups

Creamy Frozen Cherry Yogurt Cups made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweet cherries. These high-protein frozen treats are packed with antioxidants, easy to meal prep, and perfect for post-workout recovery or a healthy summer dessert.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add cherries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth.
  • Pour mixture into silicone muffin molds or a lined muffin tin.
  • Sprinkle with desired toppings.
  • Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
