- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Add cherries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth.
Pour mixture into silicone muffin molds or a lined muffin tin.
Sprinkle with desired toppings.
Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.

- Chopped pecans
- Granola
- Chopped pistachios
- Flaky sea salt
