For The Crust
- 6 each graham cracker squares
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
For the Filling
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 zest lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with coconut oil until combined.
Divide crust mixture evenly between 3 small mason jars or dessert cups and gently press down.
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
Spoon filling evenly over the crust layer in each jar.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until chilled and slightly thickened.
