High Protein Key Lime Cups

Creamy, tangy, cheesecake-inspired key lime cups packed with protein and layered with a buttery graham cracker crust. These easy no-bake dessert jars are perfect for summer BBQs, backyard hangs, meal prep, or late-night sweet cravings.

Ingredients
 

For The Crust

  • 6 each graham cracker squares
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

For the Filling

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 zest lime
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with coconut oil until combined.
  • Divide crust mixture evenly between 3 small mason jars or dessert cups and gently press down.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  • Spoon filling evenly over the crust layer in each jar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until chilled and slightly thickened.
