A Dessert That Loves You Back

I’ve always had a thing for chocolate mousse.
I love the indulgent velvety texture and rick chocolate tase where your brain literally feels like it reaches flow state. The kind of chocolate that feels grounding, not sugary or loud.

At some point, I realized there had to be a better way to get that same satisfaction, one that didn’t leave me crashing or still thinking about food an hour later. I wanted the experience of chocolate mousse, but with enough protein to actually do something for my body.

That’s where this Brownie Batter Bliss came from.

It’s rich, creamy, chocolatey, and deeply satisfying, and it just so happens to be high in protein. This recipe comes straight from my More Protein cookbook, and it perfectly represents why I created that book in the first place.

Why I Created the More Protein Cookbook

I didn’t create More Protein for bodybuilders or people who want to eat plain chicken and rice forever.

I created it for:

  • people who love food
  • people who want results without restriction
  • anyone who wants to feel satisfied after eating

So many “healthy” plans fall apart because they ignore one simple truth:
if food doesn’t satisfy you, it’s not sustainable.

The recipes in More Protein are built to:

  • curb constant cravings
  • support muscle and metabolism
  • keep you full and happy
  • include dessert without guilt

And this Brownie Batter Bliss? It’s one of the most loved recipes in the entire book.

What Makes This Brownie Batter Different

This isn’t a protein shake pretending to be dessert.

This is:

  • thick and spoonable
  • rich like real brownie batter
  • lightly sweet but not cloying
  • filling enough to actually end cravings

It’s the kind of recipe that makes you think,
“Oh… I can eat like this and still hit my goals?”

Yes. You absolutely can.

Brownie Batter Bliss (High-Protein)

Serving Size

4 servings

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

  • 1 (16 oz) package silken tofu
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Optional toppings

  • Fresh berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Extra chocolate chips

Silken tofu creates that mousse-like texture without needing cream, while protein powder and melted chocolate give it depth, richness, and staying power. This isn’t “healthy dessert energy,” it’s real dessert, just built smarter.

Why Protein Desserts Matter

Including protein in desserts:

  • helps stabilize blood sugar
  • prevents the “never satisfied” cycle
  • supports muscle repair and recovery
  • makes sweet foods work for you, not against you

This is exactly the philosophy behind More Protein:
add protein to the foods you already love.

When I Love Eating This Most

This Brownie Batter Bliss is perfect for:

  • afternoon cravings
  • post-dinner dessert
  • late-night “something sweet” moments
  • days when restriction feels loud

It’s grounding. Comforting. And deeply satisfying.

This Is Why More Protein Works

Recipes like this are why people fall in love with the More Protein cookbook.

The book is designed to help you:

  • eat real food thats not boring
  • hit protein goals without obsessing
  • feel strong, nourished, and satisfied

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about eating in a way that supports your life.

If you’ve ever felt like healthy eating meant giving things up, this book will completely change how you see food.
